Request a cancellation review
Customers can send a cancellation request from the private job view associated with their accepted quote.
How to request cancellation
Open your private quote and job view, then use the cancellation request control. The request is added to the job for Gablegrain to review. Sending a request does not itself mark the job cancelled or change the accepted quote.
If you cannot open the private view, use the enquiry control on the Gablegrain home page and explain that you need help with an existing job.
Accepted terms still govern
Any charge or commitment for work already completed, or otherwise disclosed in the accepted quote, remains governed by those accepted terms. The accepted quote identifies the job’s deliverables, price and currency, timing, payment terms, and any job-specific cancellation conditions.
